• Career Ladder Program
The Career Ladder model at IHHC was designed to recognize, reward, retain and advance employees.
• Wellness Committee
The goal of this committee is to:
- Reduce health care costs for our employees.
- Improve employee well-being by decreasing absences,
- Provide a mechanism to gather available wellness information and communicate that information to employees.
- Provide a culture/work environment that encourages staff to maintain optimum health.
• The Live Healthy Gang
Employees get together monthly during lunch to motivate each other and share ideas and practices for healthy living.
• Recognition Team
The recognition team is responsible for administering current company–wide recognition programs, proposing improvements to existing programs to Senior Leadership and effectively using budgeted dollars for employee recognition. This team is meant to keep employee recognition in the forefront of everyone’s minds.
• The Team Committee
To support employee satisfaction and promote work/life balance by connecting employees across the organization through relationship building activities and events that focus on: fun, social time, our connection with the health system, and the support of the community.
• The “Give ‘Em the Pickle” Award & Kudos:
